Barry Wilson heads up Arden Broadband. Our Joint Owner & General Manager, Barry is the value behind Arden Broadband and everything around our WHY. Barry's input into the company over two decades through strategic management, financial planning, sustainability protocols etc greatly determines our success and ability to navigate many external challenges. As the original founder of Arden Broadband, Barry brings extensive business experience to our company and our customers. His practical know-how and vision laid the foundations and helps guide the future trajectory of the Company in a sustainable manner.

Paul Cullen

CTO

Joint Owner, as Chief Technical Officer, Paul owns the responsibility for network development and technical backup. Development of roadmap taking account of telecoms technical advances. Paul has been with the company from the outset. With an honours degree in Software Engineering, and years of expertise in the comms industry, Paul has developed and built a network that has evolved year on year for 2 decades and growing. Paul has been instrumental in creating Arden Broadband as the foremost outstanding broadband network in Ireland.

Carmel

CEO

Carmel, our wonderful Chief Financial Officer, manages all of Arden Broadband's financial requirements & HR responsibilities. Carmel is a long-term financial watchdog with Arden, keeping the business on an even keel over the challenging course of years. As Co-owner Carmel takes seriously the role of balancing careful financial wellbeing with progressive approaches to business development. Carmel also manages her impartial role in HR with sincere empathy for the Arden team's needs.

Anita Lawlor

Office Manager (Cavan)

Anita leads the office team in Cavan, covering customer onboarding, support, administration, tele-sales and network checks. Thanks to Anita's serene calm nature, a stressful scenario on occasion is usually diffused with ease. With a wealth of experience at Arden and in previous customer-facing employment roles. Time is of no challenge for Anita, if it means leaving an issue unresolved for a customer. Thanks to this wonderful lady we manage to efficiently support our customers with ease.

Sinead Conroy

Sales & Support

Sinead, moved to County Cavan from Tyrone, covers multi-roles tele-sales, administration, customer onboarding, operational scheduling. Sinead brings extensive experience working in customer service and always brings a delightful freshness to our customer care team. With patience and assuredness, Sinead connects well with clients and manages emergency support needs with ease.

Laura Sheridan

Sales & Support

Laura diligently takes care of all processes relating to the onboarding of new fibre and fixed-wireless subscribers. She is the organised voice you will meet on tele-sales and customer support. Laura brings a valuable 10 years of experience across telecommunications and retail, immaculate customer service, operations level and sales support. Each and every day Laura moves between troubleshooting, supporting our network and showing up seamlessly for a positive customer experience.

Hazel Lannon

Office Manager (Roscommon)

Hazel Lannon leads the team in Roscommon, taking care of Arden Broadband Roscommon's network upkeep, tech support, customer care and finances. Hazel heads up this critical role in promoting opportunities in the mid-west region. Hazel brings 21 years of experience in the service industry with admirable dedication and always a warm personality.

Dan Lewis

CMO

Dan Lewis is the brains behind our customer nurturing, and Arden Broadband marketing. Behind the scenes Dan creates the structure behind our sales projects, internal comms processes and provides level 2 technical support on broadband/telecoms related matters. Dan has been in telecoms for over 23 years, between the UK & Ireland, delivering a level of understanding to Arden Broadband customer service.

Derek O Reilly

Network Engineer & Installer

Derek is the Arden Broadband principal installation engineer in the Cavan area, and also covers essential network maintenance. As lead installer and network maintenance engineer, Derek takes pride in his role on "the coalface" with a professional approach, yet showing his genuine and likeable nature throughout. Derek will do his utmost to leave a satisfied customer after every installation or service callout. A real ambassador for Arden Broadband in every sense.

Reece Montgomery

Network Engineer & Installer

Reece Montgomery covers both Cavan and Roscommon network maintenance, customer installations and on-site support. Reece is our main man on service callouts and network maintenance, a role he performs with professionalism and courtesy. Always willing, Reece will go that "extra mile" in sorting out both simple and complex issues. Client appreciation rolls in regularly for Reece's trusted and efficient approach to his work.

Jan Pazitka

Network Engineer & Installer

Jan manages the Arden Broadband Roscommon network maintenance, taking care of Roscommon's new customer installations, on-site customer support and network repairs. Born in Slovakia, Jan brings a welcome diversity and energy to our Arden group. Jan is extremely knowledgable in tech & network environments, bringing excellent customer rapport and efficiency to his role.
